Can I order product in other size, color or fabric?

You most certainly can order our designs in any color, size, and fabric. In order to do so, you will need to contact us via email info@linotakas.com with specific requirements or wishes and we will make a customized offer. While making a customized order please do remember that making custom size might affect items design with small changes.

We have a wide selection of fabrics in various colors to fit your wishes. In case you cannot find the right color or fabric we can weave and color the preferred fabric. Please note that orders for custom fabric and colored fabric start with the minimum amount of fabric to be processed. For more information, please contact our customer service at info@linotakas.com

Can I cancel my order?

If You wish to cancel your order after placing an order you must contact us by email. The cancelation notification must be sent before we have dispatched the order.

Can I return the order?

All items purchased through our online store can be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. You can find more information about our return policy here.

Unfortunately, we do not accept customized orders.

How can I check my order status?

In order to check your order status, you are welcome to contact customer service via email info@linotakas.com. Please provide us with an order number that you have received with the order confirmation letter.

Can I track delivery status of my order?

You will be able to track your order delivery status if you have chosen any EXPRESS delivery option. Express deliveries are available with help of our partner DHL.

When your order will be dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. This tracking number is a clickable link, which will lead you to the UPS or DHL website, where you can view the progress of your parcel.
